got back around 4am this morning.

don't know much of what to say about the vacation, still half asleep right now. if anything, it was enjoyable, but the constant pressure to not relax and always go out really defeated the fact that we were on vacation. hmm.. but it wouldn't be any other way. :D

it also rained a lot! rainstorms almost all week. at least each time it did, it was short-lived.

i want to post a few pictures before my sis does so i'll get working on that sometime.

last night i had only half a shot-or two half shots rather. though i was able to drive home and converse at the same time without incident, i felt like total crap when i woke up. i suppose i'm very intolerent to alcohol. just once in a while, when i'd like to get my mind off something. bleh..

okay, enough before it turns into bitching..

we're switching ISP's again.. this time comcast. 4 different ISP's in two months.. the 4th was USA datanet which we never used. ah whatever, my computer is out of commission until i fix it up and set up a network, so i can't take advantage of it yet. heh, that has little relevence to anything. just thought it odd switching ISP's often.

this is probably my last update for a while, as i'll be busy all week, then heading to florida the following week.

i'm crazy bored.. so i thought i'd do an update. (Friday, January 17, 2003)

i thought i had work today.. but i didn't. then i saw the schedule.. i've got 5?!?! hours only! so i told one of the managers that i can work anytime and that im gonna do full-time work this spring semester. so they tacked on a few more hours this week, and i'm counting on a ton more hours these coming weeks. what fun. ^^;

my car cd player finally got replaced this morning.. and i made a really awesome love hina music cd.. my sis wanted one just like it.. same (very good looking!) cd label, and a song selection that i managed to cram in.. some that my sis missed on her cd's. ^^ ah, i wanna post up a pic of the cd. that and the BoA cd label i made. yea.. i'm really proud of it.. it looks good!

hmm.. i guess i'm gonna be putting off the building of my computer off for a month or so. kinda sux.. i just want more cash to put it together i guess. at least $1200. should be able to put together a truly awesome computer with that. maybe more.. we'll see.

been playing panzer dragoon orta lately. very nice game.

monday January 20:
ehh.. considering a second job.. this one i want less interaction with people, and less cleaning! x_x like an office / data entry job, or in an electronics store - less people to deal with, and people i'd be on the same level with, rite? ya.. or maybe some kind of transportation thing? iunno..

i guess i couldn't avoid updating

happy christmas all, i said i wudn't update.. but that seemed to warrant one.

and nero is one cool program.. i had no idea of what it's capable of til now.. shoot, i've been wanting to crossfade my cds.. been up late doing just that- now that my car cd player is to be fixed/replaced today. ^^

haven't blogged in a while.. don't intend to anymore after this. i don't care much even for what people blog anymore (sorry) and sincerely doubt that they do for mine.

i have nothing to share here -
getting around to what needs to be done is quicker when i don't blog about it first, and brooding about it later is cut to be minimal when i don't reflect on it afterwards. there's enough that fill pages with their drama and life stories for others to read. i don't feel particularily compelled to join them.

i took several scratch-offs from work last night. they're "steal the scene with diet coke and blockbuster" ones. you coud win: a walk-on movie role, dvd player, movie cash, or free rentals. took most of the ones that were in the drawer, i think i missed a few cuz i was about to leave anyways. just finished scratching them off.. the results:

31 winning (rent one, rent another free) tix
7 non-winning "drink diet coke, play again" tix.

dang, too bad they're expired. >:o kinda surprised that i got so many winning tix in a row, even if they are kinda minor.

didn't do much this weekend but work. bored on friday, early on my saturday shift sucked-but later on and sunday, i had fun. don't feel like detailing it. and that's a recap of my weekend.

btw - on my livejournal i unblocked a product of being bored late at night with nothing to do.. just a bunch of online quizzes from the past month or two pretty much.

semi-interesting / kinda profound thinking.. dunno..

today i saw mail to me from my bank today about some special offer. the offer was free "accidental death insurance" of up to $1000. what am i to do with the money if i'm dead? okay, i know it goes to someone else, but in the end, might be just one more person who'd rather have me dead than alive.

thanks for the offer, but i decline. at least 'til it's for someone dependent on me.
